I recently downloaded this Bible App which allows me to read the KJV version with the concordance numbers. I can also check up the meaning of words. It looks something like this:

Anyways, I was reading the Book of Luke and I got to the point of Mary’s encounter with Angel Gabriel. The angel speaking to Mary said in Luke 1:37:
“For with God nothing shall be impossible.”
When you look at the concordance, the word translated “nothing” is actually from 3 Greek words:
- G3756: ou, which means no or not
- G3956: pas, which means any, all, every, whole, etc
- G4487: rhema, which means an utterance, thing spoken, word
Also, the word “impossible” is from the Greek word adunateo which means “to be unable”, “not to have strength, power, or ability, to be weak”. You know what this means? It blew my mind. Let’s translate that Scripture using these terms and we could have Luke 1:37 reading as:
“For with God, no Word of His shall be without power or ability.”
Do you see it? The Word of God is potent! So let’s endeavor to go to the Word of God and see what it says about us. Our believing and confession of those things will bring about their manifestation (Mark 11:23-24).
Food for thought:
The Amplified version of Luke 1:37 reads: “For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment.”
