Techy post: GNS3 connection to host machine

Hi guys, it’s that time again where I feed my techy appetite. Those in the networking world would agree with me that GNS3 was one of the best things that ever happened to us and it keeps getting better. Not only is it useful for certification exams, it is very useful as a quick lab setup for a test environment.

In these articles (part 1 and part 2) on the Intense School site, I have walked through connecting GNS3 devices such as routers and firewalls, to your host machine and even to a LAN to which your host machine is connected to. Go over there and find out the benefits of these for yourself.

I actually wrote these articles as a precursor to an upcoming series on the Cisco Configuration Professional (CCP) tool especially useful for those planning to take the CCNA Security exam. If you want to learn more about the CCNA Security exam, classes are available at Intense School!
